This Shipping Policy describes how CASAVIBEO LLC processes and ships orders placed through casavibeo.com. We ship exclusively within the United States.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed, not from the order date. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to weather.
Free Shipping
All orders qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
No Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on any order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items such as crystal decanters and glassware include additional padding and are marked as fragile.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can only update the address before the order has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and building management first. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 5 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
